• EC meeting dates: The Executive Council will meet on the following dates this semester:

• February faculty development workshops: With the Ammerman meeting already held on Feb. 3 and Grant on Feb. 10, the remaining faculty development workshop at Eastern will be held during common hour on Feb. 17 in Corchaug 18.
  
  There is money available for summer development as well as the upcoming academic year. The deadline to apply is April 15 for funding for summer 2016, fall 2016, spring 2017 and summer 2017.


• Spring 2016 adjunct/overload checks: According to the payroll office, faculty will receive adjunct/overload pay on these dates:
  

Faculty teaching early end classes will receive four checks from March 3 to April 14; faculty who are teaching late start classes will receive four checks from April 14 to May 26.

• Raises: Faculty raises are applied as of February 1 and should be reflected in our February 18 paychecks.

• Finding your total annual dues for your taxes: For tax filing purposes here’s how to find your total amount of dues paid from January to December 2015: In MySCCC, click the Human Resources tab, then Pay Stub. Click the Deductions History link at the bottom of the page.

• Prescription drug claim forms: Prescription drug claims for 2015 must be received by Daniel H. Cook by April 30, 2016. The form is available at the Benefit Fund office, Southampton 224D (Ammerman), or on our website: www.fascc.org/beta/docs/rx2014.doc.
  
  Please note that you can use just the last four digits of your Social Security number on your prescription drug claim form; you do not have to include your entire Social Security number.

• EMHP claim forms: Faculty must submit all unpaid 2015 medical claims to Empire Blue Cross by March 31, 2016, to receive reimbursement for covered out-of-pocket expenses. Forms are on the EMHP website: www.emhp.org/members.aspx.
