As I have transitioned from grievance officer to executive vice president (EVP), my role in the FA changed dramatically.

The grievance officer position was a challenge. I was typically helping members deal with conflict in the workplace or representing them in a Title IX or legal meeting.
As EVP one of my major responsibilities is to guide members through the promotion process. In reading A Forms from our members, I am beyond impressed. We are surrounded by many talented and creative colleagues.

Fortunately, this promotion process offers a chance for us to learn about and celebrate our members’ successes. We are proud to honor and congratulate the following members for their hard work and dedication to the students of SCCC. Congratulations on yinz promotions (as we say in Pittsburgh!).
